Carl is the Maintenance Director for North Hills Regional Catholic Elementary Schools. He maintains Blessed Francis Seelos Academy buildings, including plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry.
Previously, he served as Head of Facilities for Divine Mercy Parish and Facilities Manager for St. Aidan Parish. Carl has more than 30 years of managerial and facilities experience, and has directed projects and procedures for organizations at all levels.
He earned an Associate of Business Administration from Penn State University, and graduated from Geibel Catholic High School in Connellsville.
