Kim McCosby has been teaching third grade for over 20 years. She grew up in the South Butler area and attended Grove City College and then Slippery Rock University where she obtained her Reading Specialist Certification and a Masters in Education. Mrs. McCosby brings excitement to the classroom and believes that communication and understanding are important as well as being able to adapt to different scenarios. She greets all of her students to her classroom with a smile and friendly face, which is no surprise to her former classmates that voted her the friendliest in high school!
Mrs. McCosby and her husband are parents to Emma, a Seelos Academy alumnae and Tyler who is a student at Seelos Academy. Mrs. McCosby enjoys spending time with family especially watching her children play sports. She enjoys traveling , watching sunsets on the beach and cuddling with her dog Ollie.
