Meghan Hannan attended Duquesne University where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary and Special Education.  She is also certified in Middle School Language Arts.  Becoming a teacher was her childhood dream, and she credits the many great teachers, professors, and mentors throughout the years as her inspiration.  

Mrs. Hannan and her husband are the proud parents to Hailey, a Seelos Academy alumnae, and Abby who is currently a Seelos middle schooler.  When Mrs. Hannan is not in the classroom, she enjoys being with her family, reading a good mystery book, or spending time outdoors.  Her favorite place to visit is Long Beach Island, NJ, a sweet beach town that she and her extended family have been going to since she was a child.

Students in Mrs. Hannan’s class will feel welcomed, respected, supported, and loved. They will find that the rigorous coursework is balanced out with creativity, fun, and some laughter, too.
